Ready, Set, Skip!
Join our Skip into Spring Challenge!
1 May 2025 – 31 May 2025
Complete 100 skips a day throughout May (or 3,100 skips in total) and help fund vital research into childhood and teenage cancers.
Skipping is a great workout, raising your heart rate, burning calories and engaging loads of different muscle groups around your body. Some people even find skipping can help with mental wellbeing, as concentrating on the repetitive skipping motion can act a bit like meditation, improving your concentration and helping to fight stress and anxiety.
Get fit, have fun and get a fabulous free exclusive skipping rope and CCLG t-shirt once you’ve raised £10!
