Thank you for your interest in taking part in an event to raise funds for CCLG.
While the majority of our events are open to all, we only have limited places in high profile events. Competition for charity places is high: we therefore ask that you complete this application form, providing us with as much information as you can, to help us select our participants from the applications we receive.
A non-refundable registration fee (as detailed on the event page) is payable to CCLG if you are awarded a place, and you agree to commit to raising minimum sponsorship as detailed on the event page.
