factsheets and booklet about late effects and living beyond cancer

Living beyond cancer information pack

Our 'Living beyond cancer' information pack has been written for you by clinical experts to help you live a healthy life after having cancer as a child, teenager or young adult.

This information pack forms part of our the 'Living beyond cancer' section of our website. It will be given to all those attending long-term follow-up clinics and will be personalised to your individual health needs. The pack contains:

  • 'Living beyond cancer' guide to help answer your questions on how your diagnosis and treatment may affect your future health
  • Specific factsheets on long-term side effects to help you understand more about how your cancer and its treatment might affect you

Please note that not all factsheets will be relevant to you, and we advise that you contact your follow-up care team for further details about your specific diagnosis and treatment. If you were treated many years ago, read more on how to access your medical history

The factsheets and booklet are only available to order separately to enable you to select which late effect is relevant to you.
